The staff at Kiltipper Woods consists of a multidisciplinary team of approximately 200 staff who are passionate about providing quality health care to residents and patients. All perform key roles in delivering person-centred care to each resident and patient to enhance their lives and well-being.
The staff are committed to the values of ‘Person-Centred Care’. We are dedicated to ensuring that our residents live with the greatest dignity possible. Our focus lies in respecting resident’s privacy and dignity whilst striving to preserve their independence. Our staff practice a holistic approach to care, which incorporates the physical, psychological, spiritual and recreational needs of each resident.
Staff members are actively engaged in ongoing education to ensure that their skills and abilities are developed to help them meet residents and patient needs. Well developed policies and procedures guide staff from the start of their employment. Skills are maintained by supporting and encouraging staff to undertake further education and training.
Our state of the art in-house training facilities are also used to ensure staff are up to date with developing knowledge.
